Jazz and LUMS have prioritised innovation and digitisation as core strategic goals to advance the overall development objectives of Pakistan’s vision 2025. Jazz leadership philosophy highlights three aspects: expand digital literacy, scale up tools that enable connectivity and form strategic partnerships with like-minded institutions to leverage digital learning in Pakistan and beyond.

This speaker series will serve as a platform for stimulating discourse and disruptive ideas that connect different facets of the contemporary ecosystem and create pathways for un-learning and re-imagining.

About the Speaker

Aamir Ibrahim has been the CEO of Jazz since 2016, Pakistan’s largest telecom and Internet company with over 55 million subscribers and one of the country’s largest businesses. He is also a member of the Global Executive Committee of VEON, Amsterdam-based sixth largest telecom operator in the world. Mr. Ibrahim received his Bachelors in Business (Accounting) from The University of Texas at Austin. He also holds an MBA from IMD in Switzerland and an AMP Diploma from the Harvard Business School.
