In our next episode, we are honoured to welcome Zia Akhter Abbas (MBA 1997) — President and CEO of The Citizens Foundation (TCF), one of Pakistan’s leading non-profit organisations.

Since joining TCF in 2014, Mr. Abbas has led its global resource mobilisation across 14 countries and inspired a vast volunteer network. Over the past decade, he has played a pivotal role in transforming TCF’s Government Partnership Schools, developing its global governance framework, and leading the creation of Strategy 2030. He has also served on the board of the Global Schools Forum. Prior to joining the non-profit sector, he held senior roles at Citi, Standard Chartered, and 1Link. He holds an MBA from LUMS.

This episode is a chance to explore how one of Pakistan's largest non-profits is shaping the future of education. You'll hear firsthand about Mr. Abbas's inspiring shift from the corporate world to purpose-driven leadership, and gain insight into how values-based leadership can drive lasting, systemic change.
